Art in Tagging

Is art just based on black and white or even colors only on paper? I say that art has no limits in the way you do it. There are no rules in art, it is basically all up to your imagination and how you figure out how to place it all together. For me the one way of art that people judge art a lot is on tagging!!! Ii myself don't call it tagging but instead call it structural art since its all have to bee planned and then placed on a format where it will look and people will see it best!
